Annual. A novel Gomphrena with hot pink blooms tipped with bright yellow star-shaped stamens, like little fireworks. Great cutflower with notably sturdy long stems on 2–4' tall tiered plants. Blooms last for more than a week in a vase and dry down easily for everlasting arrangements. Scaffolding habit distinguishes it from other Gomphrenas we carry.
A charming addition to beds and mixed containers. We noticed them in planters on Main St. in Belfast, ME, where an array of pollinators enjoyed them as much as we did.
