Aromatic leaves taste like French tarragon, but with a slightly stronger anise flavor. Plants grow to 16–20" and are topped with delicate edible yellow flowers that bloom all summer and attract pollinators. Leaves and blossoms elevate drinks, savory dishes, salads and sweets!
